Dear Kenneth,

The following are the results of the coating test conducted with the ACC-ET you supplied on August 12, 1991

Equipment:
Power Friction Test System.  System is one (1) year old, inclusive of a 2-1/2 H.P. motor.
Diameter measure system (precision 0.1 micron, tolerance ± 0.1 micron)

Test Procedure:
Setup diameter measure;  Contact area is 2 mm linear.
2 oz of ACC was put in the oil reservoir;
Bring pressure on force handle at 30 lbs, 45 lbs, 100 lbs;
Readings were taken at ½ hour, 2 hours and 4 hours.

Results:
  Thickness of copper on contact #1

*    No speed changes on three tests at different pressure.
*    #1 contact is a 2" wheel axle and #2 contact is rub bar.

1. A significant improvement resulted from the use of the ACC to reduce the friction.
2. A brightness 2 mm width ring of gold color copper is on contact #1 and gold color copper line is on contact #2.
3. Copper was plated on both surface of #1 and #2 at no special conditions.
