The first
bearing was running in brand name motor oil and stopped the machine, loosing
its lubricity at 105 lb. of pressure. This wear is also typical of hydraulic
transmission fluid, gear oil, and grease. |
The second
bearing is showing possible extreme conditions. The machine was still running
at over 340 lb. of pressure with pure ACC-ET. The golden color is
showed in the pit that is copper coated. This is clear evidence in how
ACC-ET can increase your equipment life, save maintenance costs and reduce
down time. |
The third bearing is with the same brand motor oil with ACC-ET added to it at a 5% ratio. The machine was still running at 155 lb. The golden color is showed in the pit that is copper coated |
